    • Trip cancellation reimbursement
Reimburses your prepaid, non-refundable travel expenses if you need to cancel your trip due to a covered reason, such as you, a family member, or travelling companion experiencing a covered illness or injury. Can reimburse up to 100% of your non-refundable expenses up to the amount of your plan limits.
    • Trip interruption reimbursement
Reimburses the unused, non-refundable travel expenses and increased transportation costs during your journey if you have to return home early due to a covered reason, for instance when a family member is hospitalized and needs your care.
    • Travel delay
Reimburses for eligible meals and accommodations when your journey is delayed for a minimum number of consecutive hours for a covered reason.
    • Emergency medical and dental care
Reimburses your expenses related to covered medical or dental emergencies that might occur during your journey. This benefit can be especially useful if you have a covered emergency outside the United States, as most health insurance policies won’t cover you outside the country.
    • Baggage delay
Reimburses essential items purchased during your journey if your baggage is delayed for the minimum number of hours indicated in your plan documents.
    • Baggage loss, damage, or theft
Reimburses the replacement of your lost, damaged, or stolen luggage and personal items while travelling
    • 24-hour assistance by phone

To enroll in the program, simply pay the amount indicated along with your trip deposit, or at any time up to final trip payment.

    With the Cancel Anytime upgrade, you can get reimbursed up to 75% of your investments for virtually any reason not listed in your standard Guest Protection Program documents provided you notify A&K of the cancellation prior to your departure. The Guest Protection Program with Cancel Anytime must be paid for within 14 days of the initial trip deposit. Some exceptions apply. Refer to the General Exclusions in the plan documents.
